Our 13 year old roof started to leak in the Spring. I thought it was maybe just a repair job so I called Professional Roofers. Alfredo came out the next day and I showed him where the inside of the house was leaking. He climbed into my attic (he took pictures) and then went onto the roof to examine it. He called me to come up to the roof. I could see that the shingles were still in good shape but there were waves in the entire roof and I stepped on a low spot and just about went thru the roof. Alfredo explained that the shingles were OK but that the plywood sub roof had decayed beyond repair. It called for an entire replacement. Alfredo explained in great detail our options & costs. We made our choices and Alfredo said he could get a crew in within 2 weeks. A firm date was made and the crew arrived on time ready to work. They had a large crew and the entire roof replacement of plywood & shingles took 2 days. They did a complete cleanup of the area outside the house including a magnetic sweeper to pickup extraneous nails and metal bits and a blower to clear away debris & dust.
Professional Roofers arrived on time, completed the job within the allotted time frame and cleaned up very well. We would recommend them.
