Very disappointed!! My neighbour beside me and I had our roof done on the same day. Then 2 other neighbours had their roof done by this company as well and we are all having problems, compare to other neighbours. Over the years they had to come out couple of times to replace fallen shingles at my house and my next door neighbour’s house. service is good but their installation is questionable. They were very quick in installing and this may be the reason for shingles flying off the roof. We are finding lot of shingles with tape still on them and the shingles are lifting, they may have been cheap with nails.

We thank you for submitting a review. We understand your frustration, however last wind storm reported winds over 115km, which exceeded the normal limitation for modern shingles. However we are always here to help, even though our warranties do not cover wind damage, since it's an act of god. We always send over a repair crew to do a complementary temp repair, from there we give you option on what to do next. Finally in regards to the sealant tape, it is not supposed to be removed. The purpose of that tape, is to ensure the shingles don't sticked together, when they come in there packaging.
