Improper shingles installation
We & neighbor live in semi-detached house. We both hired this company to replace all shingles. After installation my neighbor called this company to fix shingles. They came,did some fixing, but then other shingles were buckling and clawing. We also had the same problem on our site.
Shingles should lay flat after some period of installation, but it never happened. Yesterday the wind blown off from both roofs many shingles, The underlayment is flashing as well. We looked at other houses in our neighborhood and did not see such us damage around. This company refused to make a warranty repair.
This company refused to make a warranty service, they blame on wind.
It is nothing about wind, it is about improper installation causing this damage.
