MD Doors

I live in a 120+ year Victorian house in Cabbagetown. I wanted to 'refresh' my exterior - and went with new brick work (Hunt Heritage Masonry ) and new black slate roof with copper dormer, flashing and gutters (M&R Roofing). However, my exterior front door had developed cracks - and was draughty . Finding a solid wood door and transom was not an easy task. After speaking to many local suppliers, I found a gorgeous door system at a reasonable cost. Steve at MD Doors was most helpful in proposing various options - and I selected a beautiful, pre-finished European solid 'ash' door - naturally finished with multi-lock system, with transom window above. Although they offered multiple glass options, I went with antiqued custom-made glass made into themopanes from Cascade Hand Cut Crystal Inc. MD Doors picked up and installed the two glass inserts into the door system before bringing it on-site. The installation crew was extremely professional, courteous and meticulous. Very diligent and great cleanup after the work was completed. Strongly recommend MD Doors for a great product and professional service.
