During our first heat wave of the summer (+40 degres) my 2 yr old A/C unit was not blowing cold air. I call the original installer which I was unable to reach (no surprise). I also called the dealer I purchased the unit from to which I was told "I guess you got a lemon". Frustrated & sweating, I found Richard! Not only was Richard able to repair what was an obvious faulty installation, he was able to save me over $2000 as I did not have to replace the unit! Richard answered all my questions in a way that helped me to understand something I know nothing about. I will be installing a humidifier this fall & with no doubt, Richard will be back! Thank you Richard & the CoreTemp team!!!!
