Had used CoreTemp to fix a problem with my humidifier a couple of years ago. When it was time to replace my regular hot water heater with a tankless, I called CoreTemp back.
As always, very prompt replies to my email quote requests, and on-time for appointments to do the quote and install (important for me, as it is tough to arrange to stay home frmo work at any time).
Installation was great. Lots attention to detail, and Richard consulated me whenever there was a decision to be made on the routing of pipes, etc. Everything was as tidy as possible; very happy with the product (Rinnai tankless model RC80HPiN), as well as the gas line for a new BBQ.
Highly recommended.
