Our furnace didn't come on when we started it up for the season. Our call was answered immediately by Richard who sent Eric out within a couple of hours to do a quick fix. Even though the furnace was now working, Richard replaced the part (on warranty) within a few days so we could be totally confident that all was well for the upcoming heating system. Always the same prompt efficient service since Core Temp installed our furnace 8 years ago.
