Richard was great! He was very helpful and efficient in helping us to decide what to choose for. He knew what he was talking about, which helped us a lot in our decision to choose the model.
His team is very clean, polite and respectful. We do not have fear to let them come to work in our home.
There was a leak in one of our furnace and Richard came back to make sure it was fixed before he left the job and it is easy to get hold of Richard.
I have no hesitation to recommend Richard and his team. They are very reliable.
