We decided to replace our 22 year old furnace and 11 year old rental tank water heater. Although the two other price quotes were close we decide to go with Coretemp because of Richards knowledge and experience especially with tankless water heaters( he is one of the top rated installers on the Rinnai website).
The job was neat and done quickly. Richard also came up with some creative and safe venting solutions for the two gas appliances that exited out to my shared driveway.
Very happy with the end result.
