Coretemp Heating and Air

Furnace failed, Richard came out, explained and showed me what was wrong (heat exchanger had visible holes in it). Coretemp replaced the furnace next day - the quote was very competitive, a few calls to other companies confirmed this.
When I went down to look at the furnace, the room was tidy, no garbage on the floor, no piles of debris, it was spotless - a good extra indicator of the care he takes to make sure the customer experience is top notch.
Best thing is how Richard explains the problem, shows the solution, and then takes the time to ensure I understand the why and how of both the problem and the solution. Richard has shown himself to be an honest and trustworthy person.
