I was victim to the Etobicoke Flood in July 2013. I called Richard to inspect my furnace & AC. He came right away, gave my "clean up" company his quote. He was very professional. He also inspected many of my neighbours. He dealt directly with my insurance company, very professional. Today he and his very polite crew came on time as set up previously, and installed all my appliances; furnace, hepa filter, & AC. They were very efficient and professional, allowed me to inspect at each stage. After completion, my home was left cleaner than when they came in for the installation.
