Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Have been battling an issue with red squirrels. SWAT Wildlife is the 2nd company that we have used. Josh arrived and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and through. He quickly went to work to do a review of the house to determine entry points and provided his assessment. From there, he proceeded to block off some areas and install one way cage. He also inspected the attic and believes he found the nest, but empty at the time. So far, we have heard nothing. Usually we were hearing these squirrels late in the day and early in the morning. Day 1 pleased to report nothing so are hopeful that he may have found the entry points. It is still early and we must give it a few days but would not fail to call him back or refer him. Pleased with him and his work

Josh and Eden were a great help to us today. They arrived when promised, answered our questions, listened to our concerns and promptly got to work on securing our shed. They were honest with us around our needs versus extras. No false promises were made but helpful advice was given. I would quickly call them back in the future if other areas of the yard needed securing from nature.

I called a couple other companies before SWAT and got nothing but answering machines or they were unable to provide service for weeks.
The guys from SWAT were very professional and provided prompt service.
My technician was extremely helpful in discussing my options, never did I feel pressured or like they were trying to offer me anything I didn't need.

Ultimately I went with the inspection and consultation for my raccoon issue as it appears that loud noise from the renovation in progress has sent them packing. In the future if I need a company to get rid of unwanted critters, SWAT is my company.

We are very happy with the work done by Eden and Derick. Eden assessed the situation and added mesh around the Attic Fan temporarily. Derick came with heavy gauge steel mesh and removed the cover of the attic fan to properly attach the mesh. He did an excellent job. We had this job done by a roofer with dismal results. Both Eden and Derick were very professional and explained what they were going to do prior to starting the job. Well done! We would definitely use their services again and recommend them highly.

I was more than satisfied with SWAT from the initial phone call to the technicians' (Josh and Eden) service. On the phone, Patty gave us a detailed explanation of what the procedures were, took down our information, and the technicians arrived just after noon when I had called in the morning to describe our situation. The technicians were professional, respectful, and told us what they were going to do help us fix the situation. They went above and beyond what I expected!

SWAT handled our raccoon issue professional and humanely. Jonny went above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for better! Unfortunately, the raccoons had managed to make quite a mess, hence the rather expensive cost, but that included repairs and a lot of wire mess!

There was a squirrel living in the attic wall. Derek was able to set-up his one way exit door, and we haven't seen or heard the animal since. The technician was terrific! He worked in pouring rain, and got the job done quickly and effectively.

Baiting our house, to get rid of mice. The SWAT representative was very thorough, even climbed into very tight attic space. She was also extremely patient with my 4yr olds constant questions. Great experience.
