They replaced a kitchen faucet and installed a water filter for us. But at the heart of it, replaced leaky valves which we couldnt have done ourselves. The whole job was done in just over an hour and was by far the best quoted price we found. Well definitely be calling them again for other stuff that comes up.

Valentin is our go-to for any plumbing issue we have had. He is always pleasant, communicative, and reliable. This time, our leaking powder-room faucet deteriorated to the point of not working at all. Valentin was here the next day to install the new faucet we had purchased. He kindly fixed a leak he noticed in the drain and attended to some issues we were having with our exterior hose bibs as well. Never hesitate to hire Valentin. He is a true professional.

I spent days contacting plumbers in the area only to be shut down by we need a dedicated parking spot - a near impossible feat for someone living in a condo downtown with no visitor parking..! Then I came across Strong Plumbing Inc. on HomeStars and the rest was history. An appointment was made promptly over text and Valentin was able to diagnose what the issue was right away from the pictures that I sent. (And Green P Parking was ok!) My built-in drawers were impossible to remove to get a clear access to the pipes under the kitchen sink but Valentin was able to work his way around to use the drain snake to unclog years worth of grease. Toilet needed a flush valve replacement which took Valentin 5 minutes to do - he was also super kind to mark in pencil the correct water level that my toilet should be at so that Ill know to get it serviced again if it doesnt. Now my kitchen drains so fast Ill need some time to get used to and toilet flushes properly again! I will definitely be contacting Strong Plumbing Inc. for all my future plumbing issues.

Valentin did an amazing job cutting the tree roots out of our sewer main. I can now rest assured that a key blockage has now been removed.

I am happy with my dicision that I called Strong Plumbing and went with my gut instinct . Valentin, he was quick to respond, professional and most importantly he is knowledgable at his line of work. I was so relieved when he came and fixed the toliet pump which broke and had me in a frenzy, water was gushing until the main line was shut off in order to fix it. Then he put a new shut of valve at the side of the toliet as the previous one was so old and was on the brink of breaking. He did such a great job. Thank you! . We found Strong Plumbing on Home Stars, and we couldn't be happier. After taking a few photos of my water meter, and water softener area Valentin was able to help us diagnose our water pressure issue. We ended up changing our water softener filter, and Valentin was able to replace some pipes that had a leak. The water pressure is finally back, and we couldn't be happier.

Valentin was terrific! He was able to diagnose the problem with my shower when 2 other plumbers had not. Explained what parts I needed, helped me source them, and then did the fix! Very reasonable bill. HIGHLY recommend!

Valentin is a very professional and experienced plumber who can identify issue quickly and find a solution. I have had him fixed multiple of issues in my bathrooms. He always come prepared and finished up work clean. He also gave advices for me on how to self identify issues and avoid potential damages. Im glad to have him fixing my showers, toilets and sink!
