called one morning ..he was there two hours later..did a excellent job quickly and he was very helpful with some advice..he wore booties so there were not any marks on the carpet..very considerate..you can't go wrong with valentin..

We had a leak. Phoned Strong. Within one hour Valentin was there. He was effective in addressing our leak and was very reasonably priced. We asked his advice on another matter (cleaning a clogged drain). He did not push his services on us in any way. We chose to use him for the second issue. He again did an excellent job and was reasonably priced. We will use him in the future if we have any plumbing problems.

I tried but couldn't get the bathroom sinks to drain properly. Valentin showed up within 2 hours of my call. Problem turned out to be bad original plumbing (our house is replete with bad plumbing). Not only did Valentin clear the drain; but he also broke through a wall hidden by bathroom cabinets and replaced the original plumbing to make future drain blockages easy to clean out. Valentin always wears bootees, always cleans up after himself and always stays within his quote.

Val is extremely reliable and did a great job completely changing our plumbing set-up in part of our house. He was always available to consult with, and he worked efficiently and around our schedule with completing the rest of the renovation. He is exceptionally dependable and really pleasant to work with. We noticed some water in our basement that we had assumed had come from outside our home due to excessive rain this season. But in tracing the water back the source appeared to be around a basement drain pipe leading from our kitchen. This was not an emergency as we could use other sinks in our home. I called Valentin on Sunday to set up an appointment. He came on Monday at 1:00 p.m., and he and his assistant finished the diagnosis and repair by 2:30. Highly recommended.

I was given Valentin Sasu's phone number by a contractor friend who spoke very highly of him. I gave him a call, first to address a problem with my newly renovated powder room's wobbly toilet. Valentin found out that the toilet had not been installed properly and that on top of being wobbly, had been leaking discretly between the subfloor and the new marble floor for a while. He proceeded with the work promptly, was very informative, really professional, and presented me with all the options beforehand. A class act in every way! I should mention as well that he wore booties over his shoes when he was inside and that he covered all the work area with cloth to protect the easily scratched marble floor. Since we were renovating the basement laundry room and needed some prep work done, he came back the next day, changed the whole setting of the water lines for the washer and utility sink. He changed the position of the water line for the garden hose as well in order to accomodate the new laundry room setting. All the work has been done exactly like we had agreed on, really precisely and neatly. I should mention that he was on time, even a few minutes early on his second visit as well. Valentin will come back soon to install the new utility sink and install a drain line for the washer's new position. That kind of classy, courteous, intelligent, attentive and experienced service is rare these days! It is the kind of service I work hard at providing for my clients in my own field and I am ever so grateful and happy when I find someone with such good skills and amazing business ethics. I called Val. to change old toilet to high efficiency, repair another toilet and look after drainage of bathroom sinks. He ALWAYS came on time, very exceptional service. Within 3 hours all of the job was done very neatly. He even SNAKE the bathrooms sinks drains WITHOUT any charge. Work is done very professionally and high quality and he is very helpful and VERY NICE guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone who needs plumbing job as he is THE BEST.

I had a leaky faucet in the basement laundry sink which was progressively getting worse. I called Valentin who came the next morning and fixed it very quickly. I particularly appreciated how professional he was, and that he made an effort to come earlier that he hoped as I had told him that was better for my schedule.Problem fixed quickly with no hassle. I had to urgently re-install the dishwasher, as I already arranged for time and date for the old one to be picked up, and I did not realize that I did not have enough tools and understanding how to unhook from the main watersupply.
