Valentin provided excellent service at a very reasonable rate. He was punctual. He did an great job explaining the problem and providing a solution right away. I highly recommend this company.

Our waterline to the fridge and dishwasher suddenly decided to break off from our fridge and flooded the kitchen floor in our house. I looked up homestars and after reading the reviews I decided to contact Val. He was super quick and came to our home to fix our problem within 3 hours. He replaced the plastic waterline to the copper waterline. Everything was done neatly with no mess and nothing to clean after. The price is very reasonable too! Would highly recommend to everyone!

Our basement drain started to overflow and backup. It eventually drained but any use of water would cause it to backup again. I found Strong Plumbing on Homestars and emailed them Sunday evening. I got a reply from Valentin the next morning and was able to setup an appointment for him to come look at the issue the next day. He identified the problem as the trap and breather system very quickly and had a crew over to replace the system the following morning. The crew was great, they had to dig out our newly landscaped garden to replace the system but when they were done everything was replanted and no one would know that it had been all dug out hours before. Valentin came back the next day to review the work and to do a camera inspection to make sure the basement drain was clear and would not cause us further problems. Valentin and his crew are great and I will be recommending them to anyone needing plumbing work in the future.

I had garden hose that was stuck to the spigot. I tried to remove with a wrench and WD40, CLR, and hot water but nothing worked and I eventually damaged the pipe leading to the spigot as well. Valentin came to my house the very next day and was fast, professional, affordable, and extremely nice. We will use him again and recommend him to friends/family.

I needed several repairs/replacements to taps, toilet, etc. in my 1930's house and was considering the installation of a backwater valve on my sewer line. I got Valentin's name from Homestars and contacted him by email. Although nothing was an emergency or even urgent, Valentin got back to me right away and came promptly to provide a quote including the backwater valve which I decided to get. The quote was reasonable and accurate - no surprises except for Valentin who ran into and quickly and graciously fixed a problem he wasn't expecting. He and his crew arrived on time and completed all the work efficiently. On the one occasion Valentin was held up at another job, he contacted me within the time he had said he'd be at my place to say he'd be an hour late. I wish all tradesmen would be as considerate! I was very pleased with Valentin's work and would definitely recommend him to others. He will be my 'go to' plumber from now on. .

We had an serious drain back up problem preventing us from using our kitchen sink and washing machine. Sent Valentin an email. He replied within a hour and the work was done with complete satisfaction the next day. Thanks Val!

Just finishing up my kitchen reno and needed a plumber to install my under mount double sink along with a faucet. I called around a few local plumbing companies. Only 2 companies got back to me. I went with Strong Plumbing because Valentin was the fastest at getting back to me and was also available the next day if need be. Valentin came very punctually and did a fantastic job installing our kitchen sink and faucet! He charged us exactly what he quoted. I will definitely be calling him again if we need plumbing services in the future.

A pipe was corroded and collapsed unexpectedly, of course. Valentin was at my house within 3 hours. He was also able to replace my tap that had caused me such hassle for the last couple of months. He is efficient and extremely polite and kind.

We asked Strong Plumbing to come in and install sump pump. Valentin showed up the next day (mind it is August, a really busy time for anyone doing anything related to house). He not only helped us install the pump, he also pointed out to us the heater might have a leaking valve based on the apearance. This turned out to be true and we were able to avoid a huge impending flooding accident. He later helped us check the sprinkler system as well, and managed to locate a leak. Got that fixed in an hour. Hands down the best plumber I have seen (I have used at least 4-5 plumbers over the years, and not one came close to the level of service and expertise Valentin has). Will keep his number handy, though fingers crossed I don't require his service in the near future.
