Our pipes were backed up with a massive tree root ball. Valentin scoped the pipes and determined that the pipes would need to be replaced as they were still old clay pipes. He did not recommend just clearing the roots as the problem would just come back in a short time. The work was done efficiently and with high quality, and with detailed explanation of what needed to be replaced and how. He did not want to just patch up the pipes, as he knew we'd be unhappy once the next roots took hold. He recommended that we replace the pipes with new ones. His price was in line with other quotes we received. He came highly recommended from friends of ours and we would highly recommend Strong Plumbing for any major plumbing issue. It has been 6 months since the work was done and we have had no issues since. Thanks Val!

Had an issue with the main drain and Val came in short notice, and show up promptly at the time he communicated. He scoped the pipes, showed and explained to me what the issue was and what needs to be done. Price was very reasonable and will definitely use his services again in the near future.

We called Valentin regarding a backup issue we had. He was extremely prompt and friendly with his communications. He came to diagnose the problem the following day. He was also the best priced of 3 quotes we got. Once we agreed to the terms, Valentin and his crew started immediately the next day. The job was done with great care to our front garden (digging and removal of tree was required to install the valve) and everything was placed back as they had found it. They cleaned everything before they left. Great experience, would highly recommend.

I've used Valentin and his team several times now to do water service upgrades. Every time they have been polite, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I'm always impressed at how well they return the landscaping back to its original state (after digging a massive hole) and whenever we've have issues with water levels they've always gone above and beyond to get the work done. Scheduling has been easy and quick.

A few weeks late but Valentin was fantastic so it'd be a crime to not leave a review. Valve under the sink was leaking. Left a voicemail at night. Valentin texted the next morning and an appointment was made for following day, starting with an assessment at no-cost before confirming if we wanted work done.

I had to work the day so wife had to deal with Valentin. She was very happy with his service... pleasant, no pressure, and no surprises. Changed the valve. Great work. Was patient as my wife asked for some advice for the future on our shoddy pipping. We asked about our leaky faucet and he replaced it right then and there and gave us some advice in keeping our eye on the counter.

My toilet was leaking. I had used a large plumbing service earlier this year for a different problem and got totally ripped off. I got Strong's details from HomeStars and must admit I was nervous after my earlier experience.I arranged with Valentin an appointment for the next day. He came on time ,diagnosed the problem, was efficient ,exceptionally clean for a great price. I will now go to no-one else for any plumbing services that I need.

Immediate response from Valentin to my enquiry. Updated ETA using text messaging and arrived precisely when committed. The work was complete including explanation of each step and the price was as quoted.

I called on Strong Plumbing for the first time a couple of weeks ago to install our new kitchen faucet, which was ordered online. I was pleased that when Valentin returned my call and texted me, he did so with a willingness to come by the very same day if that was convenient for me, and when it wasn't, he offered me alternate times the next day. On the day of service, he kept me up to date by text about his whereabouts and anticipated arrival, and once here he got straight to work, installed everything quickly and without any apparent trouble. He explained about possible future issues with the new faucet to keep an eye on and explained how to remedy likely issues, and gave us a written warranty for his work for one year. I would definitely call Valentin back in the future and would recommend him to others. Very nice person, and very skilled and professional in his work.
