Before we even met or discussed hiring him he spent a lot of time on the phone with me (on several separate phone calls) helping me to diagnose the problem with my client's noisy and leaky toilet. He suggested several things I could do to save time/money and once we had the problem figured out he knew exactly how to fix it. He gave me an accurate quote which he honoured, was on-time and extremely professional when doing the work, and was VERY knowledgeable. He even took the time to show me how to diagnose leaks in a home for future reference/projects.
