I found Strong Plumbing through Homestars and have been delighted with the service. I originally booked them to do a camera survey of my underground soil pipes while doing a basement reno, Valentin came out the next day and did a camera survey for me explaining everything he was doing and seeing. The survey uncovered a break in the pipe and the complete lack of a backwater valve, which I then booked him to rectify.
Strong Plumbing walked me through every step of the process, including pulling permits and arranging the city inspector, and when the day came to do the work the crew were punctual, clean, friendly and hard working. Again, they explained everything they were doing and why, and once they were complete they cleaned everything to the point where there was no sign they had ever been there other than the fresh concrete on the floor.
I will be booking Strong Plumbing to do additional work for me when I dig up my front yard this summer and would have no hesitation in recommending Valentin and his team to anyone else.
