When I contacted Strong Plumbing I was pleasantly surprised that Valentin go back to me the same day. He was ready to come by on that same day as well. He was prompt and friendly when he arrived. He estimated an hour and it took maybe 50 mins. - I was barely late for work! Valentin exceeded my expectations!
He took time to explain the necessary fixes and also took time to explain another issue that I had not realized was going to be a future problem.
Valentin of Strong Plumbing was professional, courteous and very down-to-earth. This will not be my last call to him! It is so nice to find a reliable trade person who takes the time to explain what he is doing and then proceed to do the job both professionally and efficiently.
