Replace washing machine hoses and shut off valves

We woke up at 3 in the morning to a flooded basement due to a break in the washing machine hose. The shut off valve didn't work either so we couldn't stop the water. We called lots of plumbers but Valentine was the first to call back and provided great service. A very nice guy and came across as very honest and trustworthy. Will use him again!
