Work was left uncompleted. To facilitate the repairs Steve and his helper had to cut away a large section of my concrete sidewalk. After the upgrade work was done the sidewalk was left uneven and unfinished as "the city would be coming any day to upgrade their side of the line so why worry about it"
Surprise, surprise the City is not coming to upgrade its side in any hurry so we are left with an uneven, unsafe condition at the front walk to our house.
Despite several follow ups to Steve we never received a response as to when the work was to be completed, forcing me to use my hold back money to hire another contractor to finish the plumber's work.
