After off and on minor flooding in the basement of our semidetached home, we decided that enough was enough. Dr. Rooter was one of the first companies to respond and Steve came out the same day to take a look. Ultimately he recommended that fixing the problem from the inside was a better solution for our home, so we decided to go ahead. Steve, Serge and their crew worked hard and quickly to get the job done. Outside of the expected delays with the City inspectors, the job was finished without any issues and with no surprises. In addition, they were very helpful in making sure that all of the paperwork for the City subsidy program was filled out correctly, which was much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Rooter to anyone I know.

I wanted to thank Rulin of Anta Plumbing for coming out to our house earlier this week to relocate the connection for our dishwasher and to correct some shoddy workmanship that the previous owners of our house clearly had done during their renovations. Rulin was great at explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was also gracious enough to reduce the overall cost for us given the amount of work we were having done at one. I would definitely recommend Anta Plumbing to others!

Work was left uncompleted. To facilitate the repairs Steve and his helper had to cut away a large section of my concrete sidewalk. After the upgrade work was done the sidewalk was left uneven and unfinished as "the city would be coming any day to upgrade their side of the line so why worry about it" Surprise, surprise the City is not coming to upgrade its side in any hurry so we are left with an uneven, unsafe condition at the front walk to our house. Despite several follow ups to Steve we never received a response as to when the work was to be completed, forcing me to use my hold back money to hire another contractor to finish the plumber's work.

We couldn't be happier with the entire Frogbox experience. The service was fantastic, the boxes themselves were really durable and easy to use and it's also nice knowing that the boxes will be reused many more times, not to mention that not having to dispose of/give away the used cardboard boxes. We would definitely recommend Frogbox to anyone who is moving.
