We first called Dave when our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter, and he was there the same day, explained everything in great detail and better than anyone of the other quotes we had gotten. We felt comfortable with his knowledge, and although we initially fixed our old furnace, when it stopped working again, we asked Dave to install a new system. He completed his work as promised, came back the next day (on a Sunday) to finish up a task that took longer than expected and helped save us a considerable amount of money. Overall we were extremely pleased to hire Dave instead of going with one of the larger companies and will happily recommend him.
