Polite and respectful when on site, but one small issue arose afterward. Dave took great effort to come out and did more than fix the small problem to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service provided. I would call Dave for future work or recommend him and Reliable to others.

Polite and respectful when on site, but it took a long time to get them here. R set the date for work on a Saturday, I waited around all day, and he ended not coming in the end untll much later the following week.
Wiring to the thermostat only existed for the heating unit, as the house did not have an air conditioner. He did not run a new line, but instead used the wiring for the heater instead. That means that I will have to run a new line or switch the wires myself when the temperature gets cold to run the furnace. R. said he would come back and do the wires in a few weeks for a small fee, just call. I have called and left messages for a few weeks and gotten no response. I can take care of this another way, but being ignored is not something any customer really wants to deal with.
