We solicited multiple quotes for window replacement upon taking possession of a 40-year-old Pitt Meadows home. House Smart was most affordable and offered a quality product, warranty, and competitive lead time. Additionally, we liked that they offered other home efficiency solutions we needed in our under-maintained home (ventilating the upstairs bathrooms and kitchen range hood).
Better still, we felt they went the extra mile to do right by us. Cory, who headed the installation team, helped answer all our questions prior and during their site visit. As well, one of our windows had been ordered with the incorrect flange. They rushed a corrected replacement and returned the following week to reinstall it. They also made sure we had a new furnace filter to replace the filthy one left behind, just as a good faith gesture.
Based on our first six months with these new windows, we are very happy with the appearance and have had no issues with condensation or moisture. I would recommend considering them if you have windows to replace.
