our meeting for the initial quote was very informative and very reasonable for the quality of the windows we had chosen... our concerns with alternative methods of retrofit window installations were explained with an unbiased pros and cons...
we received a pre-installation call to remind us of what needed to be prepped for the installation... the supervisor arrived earlier than the crew to ensure everything was prepped for the job... as he arrived earlier than expected, it wasn't but he happily helped with taking down the remaining half of the blinds and valences...
the rest of the crew was a little early themselves... they made short work of the 7 windows that were being installed and were done by the early afternoon... they cleaned up after themselves so well, that you couldn't even tell that they had even been there...
the installation crew was very professional and even cleaned the outside of the windows before they left... the supervisor even went through the window features and how to operate them and what to expect from them...
overall and excellent job and customer service from our initial quote to the final installation... we're pretty confident that if we require after-sales service that we will receive the same level of excellence...
