Underpinning, Waterproofing of Basement
Our basement started off at 6 ft 2 inches with bad drains and damp spots. Chris oversaw our project and was always professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. His crew, led by Jakob, did an absolutely exceptional job of underpinning the entire basement, digging out a crawl space, replacing all beams and support posts, waterproofing, and replacing the drains. Our new height is now a beautiful 8 ft 2 inches and worth every penny (and believe me, it cost us a few :) ). The crew was skilled, hard-working, conscientious, extremely tidy, and very courteous toward us and our neighbours. They were a real pleasure to have in our home.
