I had this company attempt to fix my downspouts. The did a terrible job and cut our copper downspouts too short. In addition, they did not even adhere one of the downspouts to our house. I will now have to hire another company to fix the problem.

Hi Toba Hamersfeld, I am truly sorry that you are still not happy with the service, considering how many times we came back ( with you on site ) to try and satisfy you. This is of course not to mention how much we discounted your invoice, after still not being able to make you happy. I hope that you don't change the scope of work with your next contractor the way you did with us ....if you do, don't forget to let them know - it will impact the end result i.e. downpipes being too short.
