Homestars clients gave Tip Top Trough great praise, so I chose them to do our downspout work.
Miryam provided me with a complete overview of the service. So refreshing to have a live person as a first contact! Pierce (the owner) came by personally to assess the job, and phoned me to discuss.
Pierce's estimate was thorough, reasonable and included a recommendation for a joint extension to solve our water drain problems.
The team arrived when promised and installed a new downspout.
They did an excellent job and left the area clean. After several rains,
I can happily say that our water issues are completely resolved.

There is no need for me to consider any other company for future
