Vahn has an eye for detail and did not hesitate to climb the roof...even on a cold November morning! He meticulously checked the attic and the quality of his service is further testified by the high end equipment he uses. His thermal camera is state-of-the-art and his verbal explanations are based on tangible advice one can rely on. The report was very detailed (70+ pages with lots of photos and illustrations). All in all, we feel lucky to have found such a dedicated home inspector, and we really feel his suggestions are both professional and as honest as those you could expect from your closest friends.
