This company is horrible and here is why:
1. They were an hour late.
2. Disappeared for two.
3 Bullied an elderly women
4. They were rude and unprofessional.
I would not use them again.

Miracle Movers is very upset with the utter disrespect this customer has meant by this review filled with blatant and outrageous lies. The arrival was scheduled for 9AM. It was one of the rare instances when due last minute (absolutely necessary) crew swaps, we admitted a one hour delay for which we apologized. Everything else is complete lie. This customer was present only at the pickup and did not follow the truck to the drop off address, nor was present at the drop off to further see for herself how the crew completed the assignment. Customer did not mention in her review that picking up stuff downtown Toronto, up and down with elevator, then driving all way up north to Aurora, through heavy traffic, on a Friday before the Long Weekend, making an additional stop, unloading and then driving again to the final drop off - would add at least 1 hour to the overall moving time. AT the delivery in Aurora, customer's mother and sister met the movers and supervised the unloading. Customer's mother ("the elderly woman) not only paid the bill for moving services rendered as requested, but also thanked the crew and wished "good luck" to them before they left. We, at Miracle Movers, are baffled at how a family, who runs a business, appears to be very religious and prayerful, could allow for such a blatant lie to be attributed to moving services which could have satisfied any devious sole.
