Tom from Spray Foam was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Great communication, very responsive to questions and requests, and best of all they did a good job coating everything. You can feel the difference in the rooms that were sprayed, it was possibly the best spent money during the entire renovation.

His work was perfect and that says a lot because spray foam can get messy if you're not careful. He cleaned up really well. The difference in our basement is amazing. It's easily 2 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and that's with the vents closed. I would definitely hire Tom again for my next spray foam project. We were very, very happy.

I have used this company before, and highly recommend them. They are very good at smaller jobs, such as insulating my rubble foundation basement. On time, on budget and a great clean up when finished.

We recently built a 2nd storey addition on 1950's all-brick bungalow. We chose to make the home as energy efficient as the budget would allow. Spray foam was definetely more expensive than traditional insulation (Roxul/Fibreglass) but absolutely worth it. When you factor the install time, complete seal (envelope) and other features of spray foam it's well worth the added expense. Too many people overlook/go cheap on what you can't see when building a home and end up paying for it in the long run.
Tom was very flexible with install date/s, easily reachable via phone, arrived early or exactly on-time for all work. We look forward to having him and his crew back when we demo the main floor.

Tom was easy to contact and provided great recommendations and most importantly great price. This made selecting him a no brainer. Booking him was less then a week from first contact to job well done. When it came to the day of the job he was professional, clean, and quick. I recommend giving him a call to atleast see what he can do for you.

I called to explain my project to Tom a few months before my build start date. He asked me to send him drawings of the project. Within 2 days of him receiving the drawings he had sent me out an estimate. Tom came and insulated my whole home with spray foam. He insulated the basement, main floor, second floor and a flat roof. I decided to go with Tom not because of price but because of how flexible his availability was. Toms price wasn't the lowest but it was very fair compared to other quotes. Tom's team came and completed the project on schedule and they surpassed my expectations for quality. I would highly recommend Tom and I would definitely call him again for any future projects.

I had mildew (above the master bathroom) on the underside of my roof. It was in a hard to reach, tight spot (against the slope) in my attic. After moving all the loose-fill fibreglass I discovered that the vapour barrier was torn and not sealed. Being virtually impossible to get at I had no choice but to have it sealed and insulated with closed-cell foam.
After reading the reviews here and getting several quotes I hired Tom to do the work. He had excellent communication and returned calls promptly as we set-up a time. He came in with an excellent price (well under $1000 - when some of the other companies wouldn't come for less than $1300 minimum), and even though it was a relatively small job (approx. 100 sq.ft) and in an awkward location he was thorough and professional.
To top it off he was conscientious of cleaning up after the work was complete. I would highly recommend him (I only wish I'd known him last year and had him insulate my wine cellar too)! Cheers, and thanks Tom!

Our home is only 5 yrs old. There was a significant draft coming from the baseboard area in a room above our porch. The draft was so significant that during the winter periods, this room could be as much as 5 degrees celcius colder than the rest of the house. After removing aluminum porch ceiling we found voids and exposed gaps where the porch roof rafters tied into the house causing cold air to enter the house. Tom was contacted and provided a very competitive quotation after taking the measurements of the area to be insullated over the phone. He arrived promptly at 8 am that Saturday and completed the work within 1 hr. He and his partner were very courteous and did an excellent job. There was an immediate temperature and comfort feeling in the room after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Spray Foam Coatings for you insullation project. Tom took my measurements over the phone to calculate the quote. After getting quotes from two other spray foam companies we decided to go with SprayFoam as they were cheapest. Tom was able to schedule us within 10 days (the other co.'s dealt in weeks) and showed up promptly on that day. The process was only a few hours from start to finish. As with all spray foam we had to leave that night due to the fumes - although you could hardly smell anything but with a young child we weren't taking any chances.
When I walked down the stairs the next day you could feel the warmth immediately. The merits of spray foam are well documented and although it hasn't been below freezing lately we are very happy with the choice of spray foam over batt. Tom was easy to deal with and we'd highly recommend.
