I had mildew (above the master bathroom) on the underside of my roof. It was in a hard to reach, tight spot (against the slope) in my attic. After moving all the loose-fill fibreglass I discovered that the vapour barrier was torn and not sealed. Being virtually impossible to get at I had no choice but to have it sealed and insulated with closed-cell foam. After reading the reviews here and getting several quotes I hired Tom to do the work. He had excellent communication and returned calls promptly as we set-up a time. He came in with an excellent price (well under $1000 - when some of the other companies wouldn't come for less than $1300 minimum), and even though it was a relatively small job (approx. 100 sq.ft) and in an awkward location he was thorough and professional. To top it off he was conscientious of cleaning up after the work was complete. I would highly recommend him (I only wish I'd known him last year and had him insulate my wine cellar too)!
