Leaks in the main floor ceiling
We noticed discoloration of our ceiling in the main floor that has a washroom right above. Came across WaterWorks who sent Michael over to inspect it at a very nominal charge. The issue was first suspected to be with the gasket but after replacing it, the leak continued. The issue was later identified to be with the flange and not the gasket. The leak was fixed after the flange was changed. Initially Michael said it would be a charge for the gasket change + the flange change, but he was kind enough to waive off the cost for gasket change.
Michael was very friendly guy and I would recommend his service for plumbing.
If you can consider waiving off the initial cost (that you charge to visit the place) when the work is actually being done, it would help :). Nevertheless, it was a job that was done well.
