Would definately recommend this company. The whole experience was first class - from the initial call I made which was professionally answered which told me I would be called 30-45 minutes before the home visit (which I was), to the home visit which quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, cleaned up everything afterwards to the follow up call the next morning to make sure I was completely satisfied. Poor George the plumber though, he hit his head hard on my furnace, I could tell it really hurt! He was very hard working, efficient and friendly and ensured me that their work is guaranteed, so if there is another big rainstorm and my basement again floods, not to worry. Now, that is a company I will call again!
