Who knew that dropping a toothbrush down a toilet could cause such damage? Jean and Michael were both delightful to deal with (and a phone call that Michael was stuck in traffic was much appreciated). Michael showed up promptly, assessed the problem and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend WaterWorks to anyone and everyone.

yes toothbrushes can be dangerous too!They also cause gum recession!
All kidding aside,my recommendation of the year is...."Toilet Seats Down!"This way nothing can inadvertantly fall in. That's my 2cents.
