The customer service and the plumbing service were both excellent. Natasha called to let me know when the plumber was on his way and even sent an email with an identifying picture of him. So that was nice.
Larry V was both nice and professional. He quoted me a price before he began and stuck to it. He explained things clearly and quickly set to work and finished the job.
This was my first time using a plumber's services. I am relieved that I know a reliable plumber to call next time!
