I went through four plumbers before I called WaterWorks. One didn't call back, one stood me up, and two that came did not solve the problem. The cost might seem a bit pricey, but after being told that they might have to cut through the walls, this somewhat minor repair was a great relief.
Waterworks was able to set up an app't the following day, and they came when they said they would. My plumber, Larry was great. He found and fixed the problem in about an hour total. I also got a follow up call the next day. My advice: Call this company first! In the future, I know I will.
