Overall I'm very impressed with Waterworks as a whole. Both Natasha and Larry were professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely call them back for any future plumbing issues.
My kitchen sink became clogged and would take an hour to drain. I made an appointment with Waterworks to have someone come in an clean it out. I spoke with Natasha who arranged the appointment and later sent an email photo of Larry the day of the appointment. Larry arrived made his assessment, informed me of the price, and began work. After cleaning out the first 25 feet of greasy pipe it was still clogged. Larry had to bring in his 100 foot clog buster and got the clog around the 40 to 50 foot mark; a huge nasty chuck of hardened grease. Larry cleaned up the spilt greasy water and left everything as it was before he came.
