Unless you can monitor them 100% of the time and advocate for yourself, the job is not well executed with many mishaps. They took longer than expected timeline, and digger used was non operational for first few days which delayed work. First day when digger was dysfunctional, they simply left without fully explaining the plan of action and returned with the same broken digging machine the subsequent day and work was delayed a 2nd time.
2 men worked the replacement with little supervision or onsite visits by the main supervisor, other than few phone calls and perhaps skype. Supervisor was not present when city came out for inspection.
After work was completed, they didn't re-hook up the piping of laundry sink and had to be called back (even though they had promised they would hook it back up).
Furthermore ...they don't clean up after their work and they left behind a huge mess of concrete dust everywhere. I have photos of the mess left behind AFTER we cleaned up after their work.
We paid them the full amounts but it took numerous phone calls to get a completed job done.. .and even then... the mess left behind by their workers should make anyone reconsider using this company for a huge job that costs 10k.
