New kitchen plumbing, replaced galvanized pipes
I had excellent experiences with Draincom on a past project, so when I bought a fixer upper they were my first call, even though I now live in Kitchener, somewhat outside of their regular area.
Alex came out, gave me a very reasonable quote, and came back 2 days later with a helper (Sasha). They did a good and fast job of our new kitchen plumbing and replacing the galvanized supply lines to the upstairs washroom.
They were halfway back to Toronto after finishing the job when I noticed that one of the older washroom drains was leaky (not their work, they hadn't touched the washroom drains). They turned around and drove back to fix the leak, free of charge, explaining that maybe the vibration from other work had shaken the old corroded drain loose.
Overall, very positive experience with Draincom once again.
