After 30 years in our house, we decided to begin the daunting task of building a smaller more compact retirement home. After a 'false start' with an architect, Rijus was recommended to us. As we had lost valuable time and our house was sold, Jason arranged to meet with us immediately and our house design project was finally off and running. After several meetings, emails and phone calls our house plans are now ready for the next stage. We were especially impressed with Jason's budget conscience recommendations for building and structural features that we would never think of. Our builder was also impressed with Jason's expertise and the quality and detail of the final construction drawings. - Perhaps clone another Jason! Although he was very busy with many projects he always was available to meet,phone or email us with updates within a reasonable time.

- Building a new house is an overwhelming project. Rijus put it into a logical perspective for us. Call Rijus... they will do an exceptional job for you too.
