Added flagstone to front steps
Met with Matthew and he was quite helpful in helping us decide what we wanted and was able to show us quite a few pictures of different projects they had done, which made our choice easier. Matthew required a $1000 deposit in May and advised that the work would be done in July, unfortunately, due to the rainy summer we had, the workers started in mid August. As he was about to start, he advised that the cost of the material had increased by $250 but that he would pick up half of the cost increase. At that point, I just wanted the work completed, so I agreed. The work was completed very quickly (two days) and looked great. One of the four steps looked a little different then the first three and we asked if it could be replaced. Matthew was a little reluctant to replace it because of the work involved, however, after he realized that this was the only proposed solution that we would accept, he replaced it at no charge. We also had them complete a small stone walkway in front of the steps. This was completed very quickly and looks great.

METRO PAVERS did everything to explain all the stone came from the same supplier, from the same batch and was delivered at the same time.
We offered to remedy the clients concern in several ways including to pressure wash the stone and chisel the two sides in order to make them appear the same but none of our remedies were acceptable to the client except to dismantle the entire set of four steps and replace the bottom one. After completion and writing this review, the client requested we perform more work at the same property. The work went well, was completed on time and we came through with everything we promised.
