Siding replacement and porch reconstruction
I hired Dave McManus of McManus Home Repairs to replace about 20% of the siding on my house. I also had several other jobs ranging from reconstruction of the front porch, to fixing the garage door and stabilizing some railings.
Mr. McManus completed the repairs in a timely manner and stayed right on budget. What I liked most about his company is that when you hire McManus Home Repairs, you get THE McManus. Work is not subbed out to anyone else. For some of the larger elements of the job, he had a crew with him as well. I was most impressed that none were residents of this country illegally. (No small feat to come across in North Carolina construction work.)
I would hire this fella again in a heartbeat and plan to do so again in the coming months.
