Don Freeman Construction

Mr Freeman was hired to install a playground on a multi unit property which I was involved in the management of. He did not complete the job even though he did receive all his payments. When he got is final payment he was to come back to complete some left over installation problems and he did not come back. He was also hired to do other jobs and did them poorly

Builder was hired to construct a home which he never did and yet he was able to draw monies from bank saying he had completed certain areas of the construction. All I ended up with was a cleared lot, gravel driveway and a hole dug in ground for basement which was never poured. Yet he had made $80,000 in draws from bank which I had to repay. A real joke of a builder
