We had our ducts as well as the central vac and furnace cleaned. The crew were vert professional, knowledgeable, pleaseant and efficient. We had an issue with the central vaccuum unit as the outlet pipe had cracked when the cleaning was done and the professional did not notice the same. When I raised it, they immediatly responded consenting to fix the problem with a new part. However, since they ar efrom Whitby it took a very long time for them to schedule a revisit to our property. Finally they came after 3 weeks and mended the broken piece with glue as they said new part was not available. Hope the central vaccuum works!
I will try to use a service that is closer to my home next time.
