Our house needed new windows. In the basement, the bathroom only had a piece of storm glass keeping the outside from coming in! We got three quotes from different companies. Enter Roland from Ambia. He was extremely patient (we had a lot of questions) and whatever concerns we had he was more than willing to make us feel comfortable about the large purchase we were making.
On the installation day, the two gentlemen were efficient, clean, and when I asked to keep one of the old windows for an art project, they had no problem. Long after the sun went down, they were hard at work, finishing up the job.
We are ecstatic! We can open our windows. We can close our windows. They let in more light, and keep in the heat. And they look great.
