Replacement of all windows in home
I had my windows replaced by Ambia in the fall.
I complained about my bedroom window being cold after the installation and the response by Tony was excellent. He sent the installer back to check on all the windows and top up any insulation.
He was also courteous and kind to a fault. Given the fact that these guys are so busy you're lucky to see them once they've moved on, I found Tony, the owner to be a true stand up guy. He guarantees satisfaction and he cares. That should go without saying from any company that you pay $20K to, but trust me, that's not always the case. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They care about their service and their reputation and they try to make things right. That's all you can ask for.
