Lowe's Home Improvement

I frequently shop at Lowes for all of my home improvement needs. They generally have a great selection of the products I need and always have easily accessible coupons to make their prices better then anybody.

I was buying some hanging planters for my home for the first time. The staff helped me pick up the best planters based on the amount of sunlight the planters would receive and also showed me how to build my own planter in case i was interested to do so.

I wanted to update my kitchen so I took a walk through my nearby Lowes for ideas. The selection and the atmosphere of a million choices was overwhelming. The well lit and well organized atmosphere helped me to have an upbeat feeling about a daunting task. I was able to find what I wanted and get the job done with little or no major setbacks. Thanks Lowes.

Rob was very helpful in helping us decide which carpet was best for our life style. The caarpet installers from Lowes were very professional, eficient, friendly and accomidating to our wishes.

The floor associate was very helpful and had a great deal of knowledge of the products we were looking at. I am very happy with the new stainless steel products that they helped me choose! They showed me the fingerprint free stainless steel what a joy with having a two year old!

My mom and I went to Lowes and the poeple were so helpful. They really knew what they were doing. Im very thankful for all help they gave us. We had no idea what we wanted and they got us in the right direction.

Everytime I go into a Lowes store I am completely impressed by how many of their employess ask if I need help! Every time I pass someone they are asking me what they can help me with no matter what they are in the middle of. And they are friednly and genuinely care about helping. Love this friendly store!

I had a very straight forward installation service purchased through Lowe's. It was the removal of a shower door and the replacement with a newly purchased one through the store. The project took over 2 months. We called the store several times to see when the project would be completed and they would promise to call back and would not. We were calling every day at the end until the contractor showed up. We obviously had a bone to pick with their contractor but we were more disappointed in Lowe's for not managing the project AT ALL. Could have researched a contractor and managed the project myself for cheaper. We only went with Lowe's because we were new to the area. Will not return to this store for anything.
