Doug did a great job and worked quickly. He lined up his subcontractors so there was little lost time. They kept the work area isolated and clean which was important as we were living in the house while the work was being done.

Unfortunately he has not followed up to complete a few cleanup items and is not responding to my complaint about the floor tiles moving and grout breaking
